Life is so busy! I get it! 

You want to eat healthier and take better care of your body, but your busy lifestyle makes it difficult. It's time to hunker down to work on some new habits, but most importantly you need to fall in love with your body again. It can feel overwhelming at times, but don't forget that every little thing you do for your body adds up to something big! You are so worth it! Remember positive thing you do for yourself, will likely lead to another.

Some tips and ideas to focus on your self-care.

  1. Schedule "me" time into your calendar for exercising, taking a walk or creating a healthy meal. Remember that your health is your number one priority!

  2. Keep it real and keep it simple! Meals don't need to be complicated. A super salad with some chicken or beans on top is a healthy meal that can be tossed together in a pinch.

  3. Hydrate: One of the simplest, but most effective ways to focus on your body and to reduce cravings, is to drink water throughout the day. Aim for half your body weight in ounces of water.

  4. Create daily intentions or mantras to get clear on what your body needs each day.

  5. Create a menu plan for the week to ensure healthy meals.
